Now that it is finally spring in Wisconsin the RLAC is excited to

be incorporating some outdoor training into our fitness program.  See below

Special Events

Ballrooom Dance

Back by popular demand

1:30 - 3:00

This session will offer dance to all levels of dancers. Jackie will focus on the rumba and the waltz this session. You do NOT need a partner to learn the correct dance steps.

4 lessons on Saturdays May 3, 10, 17, 31. (No class on the 24th)

$20 per person, $40 per couple. Register by calling or emailing the center.

Toddler Gym Time

Thurs and Fri - 9:30-11:00am
Your toddler will love to run, jump, and play with other kids during our toddler gym time.
Members: FREE
Non-Members (suggested donation): $3.00/family

Total Body Strength Training

Fridays 5:30-6:45am
This training package includes 4 total body strength training sessions designed to help you learn proper form and lifting technique in the weight room.

Dodgeball - Mondays

4-week session begins April 7

8-9:00 p.m.

$10 members                      $16 for non-members.

Dan Finn's Total Fitness Training

Continues through March 20. There are some openings in the Monday and Thursday classes at 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. You may still join. Individual classes are $3.75 for both members and non-members. This is a great way to build strength, balance, and agility.

The Ultimate Spartan Challenge - 5/17 - 9am

10 events to determine who possesses the greatest combination of power, speed, strength, coordination, agility, and endurance including. One winner will be determined from each division.

Cycling

If you'd like your biking to be more efficient and more of an effective workout, this class is for you. A new cycling session will begin March 17th combining the RPM and Interval class. To register for the next session, pick up a from at the center, call, or email us.

Yoga

Wednesday Morning 8-9am Monday Evening 7-8pm         with Kim Price.

Kim is certified in yoga instruction and will help you achieve your fitness goals.

Outdoor Training

 

Beginning Thursday, April 24th the 5:30-6:30am Boot Camp class will be meeting in the RLAC gym and move outdoors

May 3 Cycling class - outside Bring your helmet.

On May 10th - 15 or 30 mile bike ride with the RLAC cycling instructors. Call for ingo
