Description: Blast your cardio while hitting your thighs, gluts, abs, and upper body in a fresh workout. Unique and varied classes pump to music utilizing step, hand weights, and balls. Can be adapted to all levels of fitness.

Description: Strengthen and tone your entire body. This class combines various methods of slow controlled movements using weights, bands, and balls to shape your physique.

Description: Have fun working out with a variety of equipment and routines. This class is sure to offer the challenge you need to get off that fitness plateau. Something new every week!
CARDIO BLAST! - NEW!

Description: Using a cicuit, participants will get a continuous cardio workout followed by ab work and stretches. Burn fat and build muscle strength.
CINCH BY CIRCUIT
Time: 8:15-9:15 am Mondays and Fridays

Description: Tone your body with this calorie-burning class designed for the busiest of schedules. Circuit style workouts combine cardio and strength training for an all-in-one workout that burns fat, tones muscles, and flattens abs. All fitness levels welcome!
WALK IT OFF
Time: Tuesday 6:00-7:00 am & Wednesday 6:00-7:00 pm (June 14-July 24); 7:00-8:00 am Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday (July 25-Sept4)
Description: Walk the street of Lake Mills shedding pounds along the way. Walks will be brisk and last an hour incorporating exercises to help burn, strengthen, and tone. End with core exercises and stretches. Come prepared to sweat! Bring good walking shoes.
Expanded level registration fees:
Members: $11.50/6 week session (Individual Class=$2.00 at the door)
Non-Members: $23.00/6 week session (Individual Class=$4.00 at the door)
Mindful Yoga
Come experience the benefits of yoga. Take an hour out of your day to stretch, strengthen, relax and rejuvenate. No prior yoga experience is required.

Join us for Co-Ed Kickball on Monday Nights. Starting September 13-October 18 from 6:30-8:30.
Registration forms and fees are due by August 30.
- Team Registration Fees: $50
- Individual Registration Fees: $5
- Individuals will either be combined to form a team or added to existing teams.
- Teams: Minimum= 6; Maximum= 10
Game schedules and rules will be posted by August 30 online.
RLAC will not provide refs. Teams will be responsible for their own rule regulating.
Rained out games can be made up on Monday nights later in the month following the end of the season.

Brad Wells has been studying martial arts for forty years. He has nearly thirty years teaching experience at the university and technical college level. He offers classes through recreation departments, community centers, and YMCA's. He teaches with an emphasis on personal development and self discipline.
Advanced registration is required and will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Zumba
Dance your way to a fitter you. Exciting and unique Latin moves and rhythms Zumba, the class that is taking the world by storm! A unique fitness program designed to feel like a party! Zumba blends easy-to-follow Latin rhythms and dance moves with fitness techniques providing you with a great cardio workout and body sculpting.

Zumba Toning
Take your Zumba experience to the next level! Zumba Toning combines the Latin infused Zumba moves and high-energy cardio work you know with more targeted body-sculpting exercises to create a calore-burning strength-traning dance fitnesss-party. Light weight, maraca-like Toning Sticks are used to enhance rhythm and tone target zones, including arms, abs, and thighs.

Zumbatonic
Designed exclusively for for kids ages 4-12, Zumbatonic classes are high-energy fitness-parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines to music kids love to groove too. Zumbatonic is designed to increase kids' focus and self-confidence, boost metabolism and enhance coordination while the kids have a blast!

Looking to walk during those cold winter months, but don't want to walk outside. Maybe your looking to escape the heat on a summer day when it's to hot to be outside. We a map available for an indoor walking path for those who would like to walk inside.

Basic Hatha yoga class focuses on physical poses, but will also include breathing techniques and methods of relaxation. Students will be encouraged to work at their own personal level. Options will be given by the instructor to accommodate beginner and intermediate students. A yoga mat or non-skid exercise mat is essential.

Intro to Yoga
For beginning Yoga students. Introduction to fundamental poses that tone, strengthen, and condition the body. Basic breathing and relaxation techniques will be taught
Gentle Yoga
Learn how to practice yoga through the various postures and breathing techniques. Enhance flexibility, balance, and muscle tone and relaxation with gentle stretching.
