Cinch by Circuit

Description: Tone your body with this calorie burning class designed for the busiest of schedules. Circuit style workouts combine cardio and strength training for an all-in-one workout that burns fat, tones muscles, and flattens abs. All fitness levels welcome!
Kickboxing

This Class combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall conditioning and toning.
STRENGTH AND STRETCH

Description: Strengthen and stretch your body using a variety of equipment including weights, bands, balls together with yoga moves guaranteed to improve your balance and flexibility.
Expanded level registration fees:

Functional Fitness
Increase your athletic performance by implementing “functional” training movements and tools (i.e. plyometrics, core strength, stability, posture, explosive agility drills).

Mindful Yoga
Come experience the benefits of yoga. Take an hour out of your day to stretch, strengthen, relax and rejuvenate. No prior yoga experience is required.

Description: Women and Weights is a beginner strength-training course, which is designed to help women attain benefits such as improving bone density, increasing strength, and shaping your physic. During the first week you will determine your own personalized strength training goals. During weeks two-six you will work on proper form and technique within your lifting program.

Free to all cyclers and RLAC members! The perfect end to your workout. Join the cycling instructors for an express core and stretch class.

Equipment: All participants are required to supply their own bike and spindle. The RLAC have them available for $5.00 each.

Brad Wells has been studying martial arts for forty years. He has nearly thirty years teaching experience at the university and technical college level. He offers classes through recreation departments, community centers, and YMCA's. He teaches with an emphasis on personal development and self discipline.
Advanced registration is required and will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Looking to walk during those cold winter months, but don't want to walk outside. Maybe your looking to escape the heat on a summer day when it's to hot to be outside. We a map available for an indoor walking path for those who would like to walk inside.
