Monthly payment options are available for 12, 6, or 3-month contracts.  A one-time application fee of $25 is waved for online registration.

As a full-time member, you can have the benefit of utilizing the fitness portion of the center any time, day or night! To do so, purchase a 24-hour pass key.


A pass key will be issued to you during our next scheduled business day and be ready for pick up at the front desk.

POLICIES & GUIDELINES
We have developed the following Code of Conduct to ensure that all that enter our facility enjoy a safe, welcoming and comforting environment.

Code of Conduct:
We ask individuals to act in a manner that upholds the principles of honesty, respect, responsibility and caring at all times when they are in our facility or participating in RLAC programs. We expect those using RLAC to behave in a way that shows respect and caring for others, which includes not using language or engaging in any action that can hurt or frighten another person or that falls below a generally accepted standard of conduct. Actions not showing respect for others and are not permitted include:
  • Wearing inappropriate attire. Suitable clothing must be worn while using the facility including: proper footwear (no flip flops or other open-toed shoes in the fitness areas), shorts, t-shirts, sweatpants, etc.
  • Clothing with vulgar or profane writing or pictures is not allowed.
  • Using angry or vulgar language; swearing, name calling, or shouting.
  • Making physical contact with another person in an angry or threatening way.
  • Engaging in sexual activity or contact with another person.
  • Harassment or intimidation with words, gestures, or body language.
  • Any behavior that is inappropriate, threatening or offensive in nature.
  • Stealing or behavior which result in the destruction of property.
  • Carrying or concealing devises or objects which may be used as weapons.
  • Using or possessing illegal chemicals or alcohol on RLAC property or in vehicles.
  • Smoking. The RLAC facility and grounds offer a smoke-free environment.

Members and guests are encouraged to be responsible for their personal well-being. Feel free to ask any person to refrain from any activity that threatens your comfort. If the situation needs additional assistance, RLAC staff are always available.

The Executive Director will investigate all reported incidents. If the director determines a violation of this Code of Conduct has occurred, suspension or termination of the RLAC membership privileges as stated in RLAC policy may result. Therefore, RLAC reserves the right to remove persons from the facility and terminate their membership at their discretion. Any instance of harmful or threatening actions, the police will be alerted and the individual will be dealt with accordingly.

No Smoking. By actions of the Board of Directors, a smoking policy has been adopted for the RLAC facility and outdoor areas.

Supervision of Children: RLAC requires that all children under the age of ten have adult supervision at all times. Children under the age of 15 cannot be left at the RLAC later than closing time. If the child is left 30 minutes after closing time, the police will be called. We urge you to have a system in place for picking up your children.

Picture/Phone Policy: For the privacy and consideration of our members, cellular phones capable of taking pictures are not allowed in workout areas. For the courtesy of others utilizing the equipment, we ask that members and guests step out into the hallway to receive or make phone calls. In addition, the RLAC staff may be taking pictures throughout the center for promotional use. Please inform the staff if you do not want to have your picture taken or used for this purpose.

Program Area Policies:

Gymnasium
  • Appropriate gym attire is required at all times.
  • Gym shoes must be work with non-marking soles.
  • Children are not permitted in the gym during times scheduled for adult classes.
  • No unsupervised children under 10 years of age.
  • Please follow the gym schedule for each session. Schedules are subject to change without advanced notice. Schedules are available at the desk.
  • Food or drink is not permitted in the gym.
  • Dunking or hanging on the rims is not permitted. We strongly stand behind the rule… you break it, you buy it.
  • During open gym, full court basketball will be up to the discretion of the RLAC staff.
  • The Gym Supervisor and the Manager on Duty have full authority to enforce policies. Balls/gym equipment can be checked out at the front desk in exchange for your membership card or picture identification. Your ID will returned upon return of the equipment.


Workout Areas
  • Be respectful of other members using the center equipment.
  • Please limit equipment use to 30 minutes when members are waiting.
  • Please wipe down equipment after use.
  • Please wear appropriate attire including clean, dry athletic shoes, shirt and shorts. Sandals are not allowed. The management will address any unsatisfactory hygiene conditions.
  • Use of a water bottle is greatly encouraged. Food and other beverages are not allowed.
  • Work out bags should be kept in the assigned areas.
  • Please return free weights to racks when finished.
  • NO dropping the weights.
  • Children under the age of 12 are prohibited from all fitness areas, regardless of parental supervision.
  • Children 12-17 years of age are allowed in the workout areas only after completing Center Certification.
  • Do not attempt to repair or adjust any equipment that has malfunctioned. Please notify the front desk of any problems.
  • Always use a spotter when attempting to maximum weights.

Computer/Resource Center:
  • Food and beverages are not allowed in this area.
  • Please limit computer use to 30 minutes when members are waiting.
  • Return all resource materials and equipment (i.e. pencils, rulers, markers, etc.) to its proper place.
  • Any reasonable suspicion for using the computer in an inappropriate manner will have their membership immediately and permanently terminated.
