Before and After School Program
Coming Fall of 2009 for Students K-5!

We are very excited to be able to offer this program this fall for all school-age children grades K-5! Ashley Nebel is our after-school program director and is available to answer any questions you may have.

Families are required to complete child registration forms with all the following information before the child is considered registered:

• Registration/Enrollment
• Health History/Immunization Records
• $25 Registration Fee

There is a minimum of 5 children and a maximum of 17.

Hours of Operation

Before School: 6:00 am to 8:00 am
After School:3:00 pm to 5:45 pm

Rates are determined in hourly blocks only. Blocks are:
Before School:
6:00-7:00 am, 7:00-8:00 am

After School:
3:00-4:00 pm, 4:00-5:00 pm, 5:00-5:45 pm

Minimum 4 hour/week time commitment.

Hourly Rates:

$3.25/RLAC Members
$3.75/Non-Members

A 10% discount will be given to families paying 4 weeks in advance.

A $25 deposit is due at the time of your registration to hold your spot. The deposit will be put toward your first week of care. Deposits are non-refundable.

Payments are due by 5:45 pm Thursdays for the following week's schedule.

Basic Daily Schedule

A.M.
6:00-7:00: Free choice/Sign-in
7:00-7:30: Special Project
7:30-8:00: Group Game

P.M.
3:00-3:15: Homework Time/Quiet Choices
3:15-3:45: Snack
3:45-4:15: Outside/Active Indoor Play
4:15-4:45: Special Projects*
4:45-5:00: Group Clean-up
5:00-5:30: Group Game
5:30-5:45: Free Choice

*Activities and Projects will be posted on a weekly basis.

Homework support will be available daily during program hours.
